Robert Breckman

Robert Breckman FCA – Consultant

Robert is the founder of Breckman & Company. He has written, lectured and appeared on television and radio discussing the Arts and Finance. He was the first Chartered Accountant to be appointed to the Drama Panel of the Arts Council, and has been the Hon. Treasurer to the Greater London Arts and The City of Westminster Arts Council. In addition he has extensive knowledge of the media and their workings. He has also been an erstwhile member of the HM Revenue & Customs Consultation board. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1961 and has over 50 years of experience in this specialist field.

He has endowed both the Victoria and Albert Museum with a Julie & Robert Breckman Gallery, together with Julie’s substantial Staffordshire collection and several bursaries and The Julie & Robert Breckman Centre PDSA PetAid hospital in Romford, together with a fleet of mobile PetCheck vehicles and several bursaries.
